Techtrix, LLC · Effective: January 1, 2024 · Last Updated: June 10, 2026

Techtrix, LLC ("Techtrix," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered at 3843 Taylor Rd, Suite D, Loomis, CA 95650, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit gotechtrix.com or contact us, how we use and disclose it, and the rights you have — including the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA/CPRA"). This page also serves as our Notice at Collection.

1. Personal Information We Collect

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services.

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, company name, and IP address.
  • Customer records (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80(e)) — contact and business details you provide in a form, email, call, or booking.
  • Commercial information — the services you inquire about and records of communications with us.
  • Internet or network activity — browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page.
  • Geolocation data — approximate, city-level location inferred from your IP address.
  • Inferences — limited inferences drawn from the above to understand which services may fit your business.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or other "sensitive personal information" through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you (forms, email, phone, and bookings) and automatically from your device when you browse the site (through your browser and our server logs).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and provide IT and cybersecurity services;
  • To schedule and conduct consultations and meetings;
  • To communicate with you about your request, account, or services;
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only to service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to provide our services:

  • Calendly — to schedule meetings you book through our site;
  • Google — form-submission processing and web fonts;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We have not sold or shared personal information, or disclosed sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out, in the preceding 12 months.

5. Cookies, Local Storage & Your Choices

We use only essential browser localStorage to remember your display (light/dark) preference and your cookie-consent choice. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can review and change your choices anytime on our Your Privacy Choices page or in your browser settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data Retention

Techtrix retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice — including to provide, support, and maintain the professional IT and cybersecurity services you engage us for — and to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and security obligations. For active clients, we retain relevant information for the duration of the engagement and for a limited period afterward, so that we can ensure continuity of service, honor warranties, respond to follow-up requests, preserve security and audit records, and meet recordkeeping requirements. Inquiry and prospect records are typically kept for up to 24 months. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or de-identify it.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work diligently to protect your information.

8. SMS / Text Message Communications (TCPA)

By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you consent to receive text messages from Techtrix related to your service inquiry. Message frequency: 1–4 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties.

9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed;
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor GPC signals regardless;
  • Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right;
  • Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You, or an authorized agent acting on your behalf, may submit a request using either of these methods:

You may also use the form on our Contact page or our Your Privacy Choices page. We verify requests by matching the information you provide with what we have on file, and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. An authorized agent must provide proof of authorization. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days with notice). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us at the email or phone number above.

10. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale (neither of which we engage in). To exercise these rights, contact us using the methods above.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
