What is managed IT, and how is it different from break-fix?
Managed IT means we proactively monitor, maintain, and secure your technology for a predictable flat monthly fee — preventing problems instead of just fixing them after they happen. Break-fix means you call someone only when something breaks and pay per incident, which often costs more once you add up the downtime and surprise bills.
What areas does Techtrix serve?
Techtrix is based in Loomis and serve small businesses across the Greater Sacramento region — including Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties (Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Auburn, Lincoln, El Dorado Hills, and more). Techtrix also supports fully remote clients nationwide.
How much does managed IT cost?
Most managed IT is priced per user, per month, so it scales with your team. The right number depends on your size, systems, and security needs — we scope it transparently on a free discovery call so there are no surprises.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes — small and mid-sized businesses are exactly who we serve. Techtrix brings enterprise-grade tools and security to teams that do not have (and do not need) a full in-house IT department.

Do you provide cybersecurity, not just IT support?

Can you help us qualify for cyber insurance or meet compliance requirements?

Do you support Microsoft 365?
Yes — Microsoft 365 is a core specialty. Techtrix handles migrations, licensing, security hardening, SharePoint and Teams, identity and MFA, and ongoing management.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person or team?
