Accessibility Statement

Techtrix, LLC is committed to making gotechtrix.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to support compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Measures We Take

Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this site. Our ongoing measures include:

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a “Skip to main content” link on every page;
  • Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, dialogs, and forms, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
  • Form fields paired with descriptive, programmatically associated labels;
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers;
  • Color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast, with both light and dark display themes;
  • Support for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting to minimize animation;
  • A responsive layout that reflows and supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content;
  • A minimum text size of 1rem for readability;
  • ARIA roles and states on interactive components such as menus, accordions, and the cookie notice.

Conformance Status

We consider gotechtrix.com to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Substantially conformant” means most of the site meets the standard, though some content may not yet fully conform. We review accessibility on an ongoing basis and work to resolve any issues we identify.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and speech-recognition software. If you use older technology, some features may not work as expected.

Known Limitations

Some content is provided by third-party vendors and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. In particular, our Calendly scheduling widget is an external service.
